Hi! I'm a Mike Dunn

My Mission is to help non-college-bound students. After working for a Fortune 50 company for over 20 years on major accounts, my CSRs and I kept our huge customers happy and their customers happy. As being the account lead on all of these government, K-12, higher ed, and commmerical accounts, I knew of most things that did go well. However, i knew of ALL things that did not go well. That ment my CSRs and I had to come up with a customer "recovery plan" to fix the problem fast. What that means to you is that I improved my CSR training best practices a little bit every day for 20 years. The "Customer Service Representative Certificate" is the best of the best practices for 20 years of fine-tuned corporate experience, I'm qualified to help you since I know what makes a CSR good and what makes a CSR great. I CAN help you get a job as an inbound CSR (plus, I will send you job leads), and help you do better once you get on the job.
